My Purpose
My life’s mission is to reshape the world through our youth. When I wear my business hat (MrSolution.net), I am able to generate needed dollars to support the growth of my ministry (Neos-Oinos-Ministries.org). I live very simply, keeping my monthly expenses to a minimum. Therefore, as I earn more and more money through my business, I am able to grow my ministry at a faster pace. I am investing in the belief in God and myself, to help develop future leaders, today.

Our primary vision is two-fold.
First, is to provide training facilities, retreat centers, for young adults within a 400 mile radius across the United States of America, so that they can be reached within a six hour drive. The purpose is to train young adults, with a solid moral and ethical foundation, to be leaders in business, community, government and religion. This training can be an intense weekend event or over a week of instruction with hands on applications.
Second, is to provide facilities for the local communities, where young adults can be ministered to, mentored, matured with strong moral and ethical values. A facility that is for them, where they help direct the programs, where they reach out into the community, where they run the Sunday services and they invite their parents to come. It is also a place for those who made a mistake and need some help with restoration.
With both parts of the vision, local morally sound and ethically strong, community and business leaders will join forces and help mentor these young adults. Helping to train them up in business, community, government and church to be leaders.
